The Handpicked Trends in
Shoes Straight From Fall 2015
The fall fashion season has officially ended,
and it’s just the right time to look for the best trends. Top fashion houses
always have a big say in the choices we make, as their designs often roll down
from the high runways to the street shops and other regular brands. In this
very special and detailed post, let’s find some of the best picks in fall 2015
shoes with ideas on how you can make the most of these trends for your daily
style statement.
Furry all the way: Fur has been a major statement for
fall 2015, and we have found some great shoes that either have a hint of fur or
are completely submerged in the idea. Just like we had sneakers for summer and
spring this year, fur shoes are like the perfect match for the winter, with
some incredible designs seen at Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Maison Margiela and
Tibi. While this trend is certainly pleasing to the eyes, many of us may be
already wondering about how to get such gentle shoes on the road. The trick is
to go for fur trims or minimal designs, and for summer sneakers, click here.
More of colours: Using multiple colours in a subdued
way can lead to beautiful designs and that’s was a big takeaway from fall
runways this year. Shoes with unique and often very not-so-matching colours
were a major hit, and if you are looking for ideas, you can check with Prabal
Gurung, Peter Pilotto, Carven, and Just Cavalli. Probably, we don’t need to
take colour matching every seriously anymore! Just make sure that you choose
the right pair of shoes for the right occasion.
Fringe is back: The beauty of fringe lies in
minimalism, and fall 2015 had plenty of it, both in clothing and shoes. In
fact, one of the major trends in handbags too was the use of fringe elements.
If you want your shoes to have more personality, this is what you would
probably need, as the trend emerged with great elements at designers like
Burberry Prorsum, Rebecca Minkoff, and Proenza Schouler came up with some
minimal and extremely effective ideas.
Nail the heel: Stunning and often extremely
imaginary heels were standout things to note on the runways this season. From
block designs to the use of colours and other elements, the unique designs in
heels can push to get that ultimate designer pair. Some of the designers to
check include Christian Dior, Monique Lhuillier and Salvatore Ferragamo. The
only sad thing is you will have to shop for high-end brands as these shoes
probably won’t be available at your local mall. A special mention about a pair
of shoes we spotted at Roberto Cavalli, which simply demanded quick purchase.
Happy styling!
